Facebook for Android - ICS - WIP by ghost301 Facebook for Android - ICS - WIP by ghost301
A WIP of my concept ICS UI of Facebook for Android. Will update as soon as I have some new progress on the design.

Love the holo theme in ICS more and more!

Excellent concept, the UX is perfect too. I particularly like the gallery, a very interesting idea to do in a list view!

Keep up the sterling work!

It's so beautiful, I really like it. :D
Is it still going to be a concept at the end, or you are going to apply it in some way?

Hey,

Thank you very much!

At the moment, it is still going to be concept though, since I do not have the required resources to make this happen at this time. Just hope that I can inspire those Android developers that planned to do a FB client can produce a better app for Android, not just copy from iOS.

Even though I'm not a Facebook users I have to say it looks great!
I have one slight issue with it: if you're using the split action bar the overflow button should be on the bottom.

On a second look I can see that you have a post selected. In that case the context specific action bar needs to go to the top.

Hi there,

Thanks for the comment! Indeed, I haven't have a deep thought on the action bar placement yet, so temporarily I am putting the context specific actions at the bottom since the actions in the upper bar should be able to override the post selection.

But for sure your comment is more valid, and pretty inline with Android Design guide. Let see what I can do for the next revision. =)
